Founded in 1853 by father and son in Le Locle, Switzerland, Tissot has endured. Now a part of the Swatch Group empire, their days as a trendsetting brand may be behind them, but this piece is from their hayday! My personal favorites are their chronographs from the 1960's-1970's era. This is one such piece that is simply stunning. The original dial has patination that screams character and the rare ghostly-faded tachymeter bezel is just so cool. Comes with a Marathon leather NATO strap that compliments the lightly polished case beautifully. Recently checked by a certified watchmaker and functions well with high amplitude.
